Contact Us

Contact our international patient services department by filling out one of the forms on our website or by reaching out to them directly through WhatsApp or email.

02

Provide Medical Records

Gather your medical records, including test results, diagnoses, and pertinent medical history. Share these documents with our international patient services team. Translations of these documents may be required if they are outside of the hospital's primary languages.

03

Medical Evaluation

Our medical team will assess your reports and discuss them with the relevant doctors, and a treatment plan will be prepared. We will then share the plan with you, explaining all the details. Here's a simplified explanation of how this process works:

Medical History Review: The patient's medical history is carefully reviewed. This includes a comprehensive examination of past medical conditions, treatments, surgeries, medications, and any known allergies or adverse reactions.

Diagnostic Testing: In some cases, additional diagnostic tests or imaging may be requested to confirm the diagnosis or better understand the patient's condition. This may include blood tests, X-rays, MRIs, or other examinations.

Multidisciplinary Team Meetings: Using our multidisciplinary approach, a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and other specialists, convene to discuss the patient's case. This collaborative approach aids in formulating a comprehensive treatment plan.

04

Cost Estimation

After sharing your treatment plan, we will provide you with a preformed estimate, encompassing the costs of medical procedures, accommodation, transportation, and any additional services. This is to ensure a clear understanding of all the associated costs. It's important to note that these costs are estimates, dependent on the files you've shared with us, and they may change after a physical examination upon your arrival.

05

Pre-Travel Consultation

Our international patient services team will assist you in scheduling an online consultation with a relevant healthcare specialist, whether a physician, surgeon or a specialist in your specific medical condition. This allows you to meet your doctor, share your requests and concerns, and make necessary preparations if needed. During the scheduled online consultation, you and the healthcare specialist meet virtually. The specialist reviews your medical documents and discusses your medical history, symptoms, and concerns. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and seek clarification.

06

Arrival and Admission

Before traveling for in-person treatment, patients typically provide informed consent, acknowledging their understanding and agreement with the proposed treatment plan. The next step involves arranging appointments in accordance with flight options, providing assistance with accommodation if needed, and coordinating our complimentary transport pick-up from the airport. Finally, we welcome you to our hospital and commence your treatment.
